For tour operators

Namibia, under your brand.

We design and operate the programme. Your clients see only your brand, on every document and at every touchpoint.

Ground handling

White-label ground handling for operators who sell Namibia as their own.

Some of our partners sell Namibia under their own name, to clients who will never hear ours. That is a deliberate choice, and we are set up for it: your documentation, your branding in the briefing, our vehicles and team operating quietly behind it. Your clients experience your programme; we make sure it runs.

This page sets out what white-label covers, how programme arrangements are structured, and the commitments we make about your client relationship, in writing.

In detail

Your brand at every touchpoint.

01

Your documentation

Itineraries, vouchers and travel documents carry your branding. Your client opens your paperwork at every lodge check-in and every handover.

02

Your name in the briefing

Arrival briefings and in-trip communication run under your brand. Clients know us, if they know us at all, as your local team.

03

Invisible operations

Vehicles, transfers and bookings are fulfilled by our sister companies behind the scenes. The client experiences one seamless programme: yours.

04

Your client relationship

We never market to your clients, during the trip or after it. The relationship, the data and the repeat booking stay with you, contractually and in practice.

How it works

Built for programmes, not one-offs.

White-label works best as a programme arrangement: a route or series of departures that you sell under your name, season after season, with us as your contracted ground operation. We agree the route, the standards and the documentation format once, and then run it repeatedly, refining it with you after every departure.

Series and set departures suit this particularly well, because the same operational file runs again and again: the same briefing, the same vehicle specification, the same lodge sequence, with your branding throughout. Single bespoke files can also run white-label where that is what the relationship needs.

Getting started

What we need from you.

Your brand assets and documentation standards, the markets and departure pattern you sell, and the service level your clients expect. From there we build the programme file, cost it at your confidential net rates, and walk it through with you before the first client travels. Everything about rates and terms is covered on our working with us page.

Trade questions

Straight answers.

Will our clients know Zania Travel Co. exists?

Only as much as you want them to. Under a full white-label arrangement, documents, briefings and in-trip contact run under your brand. Many partners prefer a light-touch version, where we are introduced as their Namibia team. Either way, the arrangement is agreed in writing before the first departure.

Do you ever contact our clients directly after the trip?

No. We do not market to your clients, we do not add them to any list, and we do not sell to them directly. If a past client of yours contacts us independently, we refer them back to you.

Can a white-label programme include our own branding in the vehicle?

Documentation and briefing materials are straightforward. Vehicle-level branding is possible for series programmes and is agreed case by case, depending on the departure pattern and vehicle specification.

Does white-label cost more?

White-label is part of how we structure programme partnerships rather than a separate product with its own price list. The commercial terms are agreed per partner, in the same conversation as your net rates.
