For tour operators
Net rates, contracting and how a programme actually runs, from first enquiry to the last transfer home.
Ground handling
Trade partnerships run on clarity: what things cost, who does what, and what happens when something changes. This page puts our side of that in writing: how our net-rate model works, how a programme runs from first enquiry to post-trip report, and who we work with.
For the operational detail behind it, see our pages on self-drive ground handling and white-label programmes.
In detail
Registered trade partners receive net rates: the price you pay us for the itinerary, the vehicle and the transfers, agreed per partner and shared directly with you. Net rates are never published, on this site or anywhere else, because they are the foundation of your margin. You set your own selling price and keep your own margin, in full.
Rates are agreed per programme and per season, reflecting the route, the standard of accommodation and the volumes we expect to run together. When we cost a file, the quote separates the elements (design and bookings, vehicle, transfers) so you can see exactly what you are buying and price your programme with confidence.
The process
01
A few lines about your programme: travel dates or season, party size, the standard of accommodation you sell, and any route ideas or must-sees. A short paragraph is genuinely enough.
02
We build the full file: route, lodges, vehicle, transfers and excursions, costed at your net rates. We reply personally, usually within one working day, and refine the design with you until it is the programme you want to sell.
03
Under your brand, at your price. For series programmes we agree the departure pattern and hold the operational file ready to run, departure after departure.
04
Your clients are met, briefed and looked after by our team, with vehicles and transfers fulfilled by our sister companies. A deposit secures the file and the balance falls due before travel, as set out in our agreement.
05
After the trip we report back: how it ran, what your clients said, and what to adjust. Programmes get better every season they run.
Partners
Our operator partners sell Namibia mainly from Germany, the United Kingdom, the United States and the Benelux, and we work in English and German. Most of our trade work is tailor-made FIT travel for couples and families; we also operate private small-group departures for operators who need a Namibia ground handler, including self-drive programmes and white-label arrangements.
We are the destination-management arm of a Namibian family business that has operated in Windhoek since 2003. Our sister companies Advanced Car Hire and Exclusive Transfer Services fulfil the vehicle and transfer parts of a journey, which is why a Zania file holds together: the people who design the route also run the cars.
